4 months old!

WOW! It's hard to believe that Landon is already 4 months old! Month 4 has been packed with learning new things and family events. Landon had his first Thanksgiving and his Baptism at the end of November. As you can see from the pictures, he tried eating rice cereal (two times so far) and for the most part he likes it. He can also roll over from back to front and front to back. Diaper changing is now very interesting because Landon has a new found obsession for his feet. He is constantly grabbing them. Life is definitely getting more fun each day! We can't wait to see what month 5 has in store for us. We hope that everyone has a safe and happy holidays!

11-28-2008 The day after a family filled Thanksgiving, Landon was baptized. Father Elmer performed the baptism and Katie and Khai officially became Landon's godparents. Landon did great during the ceremony! He was talking and cooing the whole time and he didn't even mind the holy water being poured on his head. We were a little worried about this part because he does not like bath time very much. A lot of family was there to support Landon and celebrate! After the ceremony, the Maxwell's held a brunch in honor of Landon's baptism. It was a beautiful and memorable day! We want to thank everyone for their prayers and love!

3 months old!

Well, 3 months have past and Landon is growing ever so quickly. We are adjusting more than ever as Kristen is now back to work. Luckily, we have two wonderful grandparents that help us make the week go by faster so that we may enjoy our time with him nights and weekends. At 3 months of age, Landon is weighing in at 13lbs. 5 oz. and has a smile that could melt steel. It is truly amazing to see how he is learning and progressing! He is now trying to reach for things and put them into his mouth. He enjoyed his first Halloween as a chili pepper and now he can't wait for thanksgiving to see all his extended family that he hasn't seen since he was born.

Landon's First Halloween

Happy Halloween! Landon had a very big day! Here he is in his "Little Monster" t-shirt and pumpkin socks that his Aunt Darby gave him. Too cute!
Landon was one hot chili pepper for Halloween. He only wore the costume for about two minutes before his was ready to get out of it. It was cute while it lasted.

2 months old and growing stronger!

Landon went for his two month check up. It's so hard to believe that he is already 2 months old. The shots were painful (more so for me) but thank goodness for infant's tylenol. He slept 12 straight hours that night! Here are his most recent stats:Height: 23.5 inches (75th percentile)Weight: 12 lb. 1 oz (50th percentile)Head Circumfrence: 40.5 cm (50th percentile) He seems to be right on track with the rest of them and tall for his age. He's getting to be so much fun with his laughs, smiles, and cooing.

Smiles and more Faces

Landon is now smiling and is cuter than ever! He's still making his silly faces and is so animated. He's also starting to be a chatter box.

6 weeks old

Our Little Man is continuing to grow and fill out. We finally found a pair of jeans that kind of fit! Aren't they adorable!!! His eyes are still blue, but we think they might change. Landon is starting to smile more and he gave his first laugh to his daddy!

Landon is One Month Old!

Landon is finally one month old! We have learned so much in this first month and our love for this baby has grown beyond belief! In his first month of life, he has changed so much! As you can see from the pictures, he continues to make silly faces, he is losing a little bit of hair, and his little body is beginning to "beef" up a bit! He is so much fun and he is beginning to form his own personality. We can't wait to see what month 2 has in store for us.

First Game Day

Today was Landon's first game day, and it was a victory for all-Longhorns and Red Raiders! Don't fret UT fans- there are plenty of cute outfits to come.

Growing, Sleeping, and Making Funny Faces

Landon is spending his days making funny faces, sleeping, and growing like crazy. He already weighs 7 lbs. and 2 oz. and keeps gaining every day. We are starting to settle into a routine and Greg went back to work this week and we miss him dearly. All is well at the Maxwell house.
