Landon is 5 months old!!!

It is so hard to believe that Landon is five months old! He is so active and lively and a funny "little man." Over the last month, Landon has learned to make raspberry noises with his mouth, rolls all around on the floor, and is sitting up for seconds at a time. We think it is just a matter of time before he is crawling and all over the place. Mom and Dad watch out!!!! He is going to be a wild child! The last weigh in we had (last week), Landon was up to 16 lb. 4 oz. WOW!

Landon's First Christmas

Landon had a great first Christmas and just like we thought, the grandparents managed to spoil him beyond belief! We started off Christmas Eve by going to mass (his first mass) and he did an awesome job! Landon was mezmerized by the instruments and singing. Being the active little guy that he is, he had to get up and walk around about half way through. Then we went over to Kristen's parents' house for a Christmas Eve dinner and present opening. Landon basically rolled around on the ground the whole time trying to get wrapping paper and bows. He was very entertained watching his cousin, Cheyenne. On Christmas morning we went to Greg's parents' house for Christmas day festivities. Landon had fun playing in his exersaucer and rolling around on the ground again (he does this a lot lately). His grandparents gave him some matching presents with his future cousin, Andrew, who will be here in March.
The day after Christmas, we went to Landon's 4 month check up. Everything is looking great. He weighs 15 lb. 9 oz (50th-75th percentile), is 27 inches long (above the 95th percentile), and his head measured in the 90th percentile. He is tall, skinny, and has a lot of brains! We went to the doctor today and Landon weighed 16 lb. 4 oz. He is in the early stages of crawling as he can put his knees under his body and push forward. We are giving him another month before he is crawling everywhere. Watch out!
